Gina Coil

Hi, I’m Gina Coil.

I create tools for people who are overwhelmed and still have to keep living their lives.

My work exists for real moments. The ones where things feel heavy, confusing, or mentally exhausting. When you do not have the energy to read a whole book, follow a long program, or figure out what’s “wrong” with you.

I am deeply interested in how the human brain actually functions under stress, not how we wish it did when life is calm and ideal. And I believe that when someone is struggling, more information usually isn’t what helps first. Feeling a little better is.

NeuroScenes grew out of that belief and out of my own lived experience. I wanted something that worked with the nervous system instead of asking more of it. Something that helped people regulate in real time, without pressure, performance, or fixing.

The tools I create still require participation. You do have to press play. You do have to show up for yourself. What I remove is unnecessary effort, complexity, and the idea that you need to become someone else before you can feel better.

I do not believe people are broken. I do not believe they need fixing. And I don’t believe everyone needs to “heal.”

Most people need understanding. They need language for what’s happening in their mind and body. And they need simple ways to manage the intensity of real life as it’s happening.

My work is for people who feel a lot. For minds that don’t shut off. For creatives, caretakers, thinkers, and problem‑solvers. For anyone moving through loss, change, stress, or emotional overload.

I am not here to hype people up or push them forward. I meet them where they are and help things feel more manageable first.

If something requires excessive discipline, willpower, or explanation, it doesn’t belong in my work.

Everything I create has to answer one question:
Does this help someone feel a little better right now?

If it does, it belongs.

I’m really glad you’re here.

Neuro Scenes

What are NeuroScenes?

NeuroScenes are guided, imagination‑based experiences we create to help the nervous system settle, release, and reset in real time.

They aren’t therapy or meditation, and they don’t ask you to empty your mind or try harder.

Each NeuroScene blends gentle imagery, sensory cues, and intentionally paced cinematic music and sound design to help the body feel safe enough to soften on its own.

The music isn’t background. It’s part of the experience. We design the pacing, transitions, and soundscapes carefully so the nervous system has something steady to follow, even when the mind is busy or overwhelmed.

All NeuroScenes are created and produced by my son AJ and I in our home studio in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Together, we design each scene to support real nervous‑system shifts, not just mental distraction.

There’s no right way to experience a NeuroScene.

Your system takes what it needs.
